ABOUT VICTORIA STONE

I am an experienced Manager with vast experience of Retail and healthcare, managing complex operations and leading a large workforce. I am comfortable developing beneficial relationships stakeholders at all levels and have in-depth experience with all the different aspects of large-scale management, including budgeting, man-management, resource management and performance management/KPIs. I have expert knowledge of P&L and Business Transformation, along with an impressive record leading, training and developing teams. I am accomplished in all aspects related to team leadership, including policy and process implementation, administration, people and team development, and setting, instilling and monitoring the delivery of challenging KPI`s and additional service level targets. I like to be a positive voice, offering support and guidance and I feel a real strength is my ability to identify process inefficiencies & implementing `fit for purpose` solutions. I consider a real strength to be assessing existing operations and making changes that result in improved efficiency and cost savings. Although I am very much a team player, I am also an independent thinker, able to utilise the latest industry technology and best practices to maximise productivity and deliver results
