I love to read anything and everything and can usually be found with a book in my hand! Outside of school, I am constantly trying a new niche genre or searching for my next favorite story and can always be counted on to workshop a piece. Looking forward to what the future brings, I am excited to connect with professionals and peers in the publishing industry. Most of all, I am excited to build my portfolio and explore opportunities and collaborative projects that will allow me to grow.As a junior majoring in Professional and Technical Writing at the University of Arizona, I am excited to explore the power of storytelling through both visual and textual mediums. I aim to break into the publishing industry\'s marketing track and am working towards this goal by taking coursework that challenges me to improve my visual design, writing, and editing skills. The most valuable tool I’ve gained in my academic career is strong communication skills I’ve achieved through working on a variety of collaborative projects with my fellow writers and creatives.
