Taking responsibility for the strategic and day-to-day management of digital assets, media and content across the OneSavings Bank and its fellow nine trading brands. This involves planning and executing the delivery of all digital assets and content across all brands and web platforms to agreed plans and timelines. In addition to planning, I execute website development, both on CMS and HTML based solution, to deliver the desired customer facing information and experience. A further key responsibility is executing content delivery strategies to the highest standard and optimising and implementing an SEO strategy beyond those currently in place. I also look to develop fellow team members to support them and the business moving forward. Key achievements to date include: • Implementing multivariant testing to improve homepage optimisation and conversion. • Creating a content hub on key websites to strengthen organic growth and creating unique content. • Optimising web pages with link building to support SEO. • Leading PPC campaigns. • Executing campaigns to maximise share of voice in low dwell times to increase conversion. • In summary, traffic to main brand websites is increasing month to date dramatically.
