I am a real estate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. I focus my practice on commercial real estate finance. My work includes representing credit funds, private equity, domestic and foreign commercial banks and insurance companies in commercial real estate financing transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine financings, preferred equity investments, permanent and bridge loan originations, construction loans, loan participations, syndications including loan sales and other co-lender arrangements; workouts and restructurings.
