Total worldwide turnover - £500m.• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis• Lead the preparation of long-term, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for the Group, providing strategic support to the Managing Director• Assist the Project Team in contract reviews ensuring compliance and financial viability• Supervise the processing of expenses, credit card transactions, and supplier invoices to maintain accuracy and efficiency• Manage the annual audit (GAAP and IFRS), acting as the lead for the year-end audit preparation, planning and execution• Ensure compliance with local and group tax reporting requirements, including Corporate Tax, Deferred Tax, PAYE, and VAT (UK, German, and Dutch VAT)• Support treasury functions by overseeing daily banking activities and cash flow forecasting• Coordinate the implementation of S/4HANA and Tagetik software, ensuring smooth integration and operational efficiency• Collaborate with the Group CFO, Financial Controller, and European finance teams to drive financial excellence• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement, improve, and automate internal controls across financial processes• Challenge departments to enhance profitability by setting and monitoring realistic financial targets• Lead the recruitment, training, and development of finance personnel, fostering a high-performing team• Oversee the implementation of HR software and lead the Group HR audit process• Foster a positive work environment by being visible, approachable, and supportive to teams in the UK and across Europe• Drive the \"One Interroll\" vision within the UK team, supporting the Group\'s transformation at the local level
