As a Senior Manager within West Monroe’s Operations Excellence practice, I support our Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Target Operating Modeling capabilities. I navigate change by focusing on the perspective of those being impacted, moving client stakeholders towards acceptance of enterprise-wide initiatives smoothly. I have developed and delivered small and large-scale change management and learning programs for enterprise and departmental transformations from a variety of industries including Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Insurance. I am Prosci certified and have a Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University. My organizational design studied and applied knowledge has contributed to my ability to develop robust Target Operating Models that support departmental and enterprise strategies. My approach is rooted in understanding the balance of processes, governance, structure, resources, and talent necessary for achieving a strategic vision. I have designed and advised on organizational structures, built accountability and sustainability plans, developed comprehensive governance playbooks, and defined competency, skill, and job roles to enable strategic growth.
