ABOUT VICTORIA SALAZAR

Hi there! I didn\'t climb the corporate ladder expecting to later transition into a career in financial services. I mean, who does that? an abundance of medical & administrative knowledge, serving a ton of people while earning a great income, and then choosing to make a MAJOR pivot 8 years later & .well, that\'s what I did. I run a top team in the financial services sector and I am looking for other people who may feel like I did. Who entered into a career they thought would be their dream job, but still feel like maybe something is missing. Maybe you want to keep your career but it\'s crossed your mind to do something else on the side? If you\'re like me, I\'ve had this feeling like I am meant for more. That there\'s still potential to be unlocked. To impact people on a larger scale than what my career allows. That I have more value to bring in a different capacity than what I am able to do now. I love the mission of our business because, despite my academic background and college degrees, I didn\'t learn financial literacy in school. And through experience sitting with our clients, l\'ve learned that no matter your background, there are so many people that didn\'t learn either!(Yes, even doctors, lawyers, and even people that work in the financial industry already!) It\'s crazy that you can become a successful professional, but still lack the knowledge of what to do with your income. How to save, grow, and protect your money while building generational wealth and creating a legacy to leave behind for your family. I love what I do because I get to see lives changed on a financial level and on a personal level as I train agents and watch them grow. And how these changes have a ripple effect into their family, relationships, and community. I believe in what I do for my clients and my agents. I\'ve witnessed the relief, happiness, and fulfillment it brings. And I\'ve felt it myself. If you feel lost or unqualified when it comes to money, you aren\'t alone. Believe me. I was there. But that\'s why we exist. To serve and to educate. Or if you feel stuck, if you feel dissatisfied, if you feel like you have more to give than what your career space allows. I hear you. And I\'m here to tell you, there is a solution. And you don\'t have to do some extreme pivot from the get-go. You can actually stay where you are while taking on something new simultaneously.
