ABOUT VICTORIA ROBINSON ROBERTS
Victoria (Robinson) Roberts serves as Chief of Staff for the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) at the U.S. Department of State, where she is a political appointee in the current administration. In this role, she advises bureau leadership and coordinates internally and within the interagency, driving strategic coordination and decision-making to ensure ECA programs and operations advance America First foreign policy priorities. Previously, Victoria served as Assistant Commissioner of Communications and Engagement for the Tennessee Department of Education, where she was a member of the Commissioner’s cabinet and set the department’s strategic communications and engagement vision. She oversaw crisis communications, stakeholder engagement, media relations, digital strategy, and creative services, and earlier served as Director of Communications and chief spokesperson for the department. Victoria brings more than a decade of experience in public affairs, communications, public policy, and government relations, including private-sector and congressional experience. She is a Tennessee native and a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with degrees in Journalism and Electronic Media and Political Science.
