I have worked for a range of companies and have acquired many customer services skills including:• professional letter writing to customers, business clients and organisations;• website maintenance/design targeting specific markets and niches;• sensitive data entry, including customers’ credit card details;• making and answering phone calls to obtain information or pass it on to the relevant person;• faxing off documents and postal management – gained knowledge of what services to use so that the items reach the recipient within the required time frame;• meeting and greeting visitors, escorting them to the right part of a premises;• managing petty cash and account keeping for accurate records;• organisation of travel both inside and outside the UK;• arranging meetings and appointments with diary management;• styling persons to look their best according to their requirements;• hospitality, food handling and catering at the London 2012 Olympic/Paralympic Games to Olympians, VVIPs and staff.Character-wise, I am someone who is determined to succeed and see things through, regardless of the obstacles. I like being outgoing and honest with people, without offending them. I enjoy self-improvement and take up further education courses in my own time to enhance my skills.As someone keen on walking, I would love to participant in the London Marathon. My other dream is to help people overcome and beat cancer.
