ABOUT VICTORIA PRINCI

I lead the same way I perform and create—with discipline, curiosity, and focus. That mindset started during my years on Team USA and continues to shape how I show up as an artist, violinist, and collaborator today. For the past four years, I’ve led social media and marketing strategy for both my own artist project and for multiple organizations—bringing structure, creativity, and measurable results to every campaign.As an interdisciplinary creative, I work at the overlap of art, strategy, and human connection. My background in elite athletic training, music direction and production, and cross-genre collaboration has shaped the way I translate creative ideas into clear, achievable plans—while supporting the people I work with in doing their best work.I’m known for pairing ambitious goals with strong interpersonal awareness: uniting teams, staying grounded in high-pressure moments, and uplifting each person\'s strengths. Being both an athlete and an artist has made me adaptable, self-driven, and deeply collaborative. I learn quickly, embrace new challenges, and lead with a thoughtful, people-first mindset in everything I do.
