Thank you for taking the time to view my profile.I’m currently the Sales Lead at Monarch Education, where I lead on sales strategy, organise impactful sales days, and support consultants through tailored training. My focus is on ensuring our teams are fully equipped to support schools with high-quality recruitment solutions and to match candidates with the right environments where they can truly thrive.I specialise in helping educators secure permanent roles, and I’ve built a strong reputation for successfully matching teachers and support staff with schools that reflect their values and teaching style. I take great pride in making placements that last and truly make a difference.Since joining Monarch in 2010, I’ve progressed through multiple roles—from developing the SEND East Midlands team to launching Primary and SEND in Coventry. In 2023, Team Coventry won Team of the Year, and I was honoured to be named Consultant of the Year. I now work closely with North Birmingham Secondary Schools, helping them find the right talent to support their students.I’ve also served as Divisional Manager across the Black Country, Coventry & Warwickshire, and Oxfordshire, and achieved Principal Level 2 Consultant status. I hold a REC Cert with Merit and have received awards for Client Retention and Star Performance, previously managed two other teams to hit team of the year, reflecting my commitment to ethical, relationship-driven recruitment.I’m passionate about not being “just another consultant.” I genuinely care about what I do and the impact it has on schools, staff, and students.
