ABOUT VICTORIA OWENS

Victoria Owens is the Senior Manager of Research and Data Analysis at Meals on Wheels America, where she manages research and evaluation efforts that support community-based programs across the country that are dedicated to addressing senior isolation and hunger. In this role, she develops and analyzes surveys, synthesizes data from local programs and external datasets, and translates findings into actionable insights for policymakers, funders, and community-based providers.
