ABOUT VICTORIA OMS
I currently serve as Communications Director for the Office of Rep. Mike Quigley (IL-05) based in his Chicago, IL office. I moved to Washington, D.C. in the fall of 2013 to join the staff of Rep. Michelle Lujan Grisham, and would later carry on my work for the state of New Mexico as Press Secretary and Legislative Aide for Assistant Speaker Ben Ray Lujan. I am the daughter of an Air Force service member and have been lucky enough to live around the country. I am also a dachshund owner, the proud granddaughter of Cuban and Mexican immigrants, and a lifelong soccer fan (go, Chelsea!). I earned my bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of New Mexico where I was a member of Chi Omega sorority, serving as president of the Pi Gamma chapter in 2010.
