PGY3 internal medicine resident with a deep interest in primary care, my passion lies in empowering patients to make informed decisions about their health. I love preventive care and the management of metabolic syndrome, and I’m committed to addressing the complex dynamics of healthcare delivery with a focus on patient-centered outcomes. I believe that primary care is a collaborative effort, where the patient and provider work as a team to improve health and well-being. By prioritizing patient education and fostering open communication, I help my patients understand their medical conditions and the steps they can take to improve their quality of life. Navigating the challenges of insurance systems and coordinating care across multiple specialties can be daunting for patients, but my strength lies in patient advocacy. I have championed various causes to ensure my patients receive the quality care they deserve, and I am committed to removing barriers to access, promoting health equity, and improving the patient experience. Looking ahead,I am excited to continue my work in primary care, focusing on preventive strategies and metabolic health, while advocating for policies that improve patient access to care.
