I’m a customer education and enrollment support professional with experience helping mission-driven organizations move prospective participants from interest to engagement through structured follow-up, clear communication, and operational alignment.In my current role within maternal health, I guide individuals through program eligibility, care offerings, and next steps in a way that builds clarity and trust - while also working within a metrics-driven environment focused on enrollment outcomes and conversion.
