Shade is a Christian organization empowering children, families, and communities affected by albinism and other vulnerabilities in Tanzania. This 10 month cross-cultural apprenticeship is a partnership between New Wineskins Missions Network and Shade.Personal duties include- Walking alongside the students and staff at Shade and loving them with the heart of Jesus - Helping the staff grow in their English proficiency- Refining Shade\'s academic English curriculum- Improving operational efficiency of inventory, monitoring, and evaluation processes - Assisting with the micro-loan, cottage industries, and entrepreneurship programs
