Victoria specialises in financial remedy issues arising from divorce or separation including those with jurisdiction disputes and where there are trusts and assets overseas. She also has extensive experience in private children matters, in particular those involving the international movement of children such as relocation. Victoria was an elected member of the Family Law Bar Association, an editor of Clark Hall & Morrison on Children, a founding member of Women in Family Law and is a member of the International Family Law Committee. She is also an elected member of her Chambers Management Committee. Victoria has written numerous articles about the developments in family law and has delivered lectures to senior judiciary and other professionals.
