ABOUT VICTORIA GUY MEARS
My journey with Lush began in 2005 as a Christmas temp in our Dundee shop. After completing my Textile Design degree, I relocated to Poole in 2014 and explored various roles within the company. While my initial goal was to join the Gift Design team (and I\'m proud to say a few of my designs were used!), I discovered a passion for recruitment and people development within our Talent team.I find immense satisfaction in meeting new people, supporting their growth, and helping them achieve their career aspirations. My own experience at Lush has taught me that a perfectly aligned degree isn\'t always necessary; with the right attitude and determination, you can truly thrive in any career path.
