Currently working as an Operations Specialist where I streamline, automate, and redesign HR ( & other internal service) admin processes. While I design every solution with scalability in mind, my focus isn\'t merely on replacing unnecessary manual work; but also very much so on the employee facing result, and what that means for the employee experience. Serving as the glue between the different internal teams as well, I create solutions to bridge gaps, keeping the flow of information and our processes running flawlessly. I have a passion for thinking up solutions to even the most complex problems, and utilising my creativity and Google-It-Myself mindset to find the best solution every time. I love to design, collaborate, and strategize to optimize organizational structures & systems because creating work environments that boosts productivity & facilitates self-actualization; is my passion.
