I believe there are a million meaningful dreams in our communities—and that good work deserves strong foundations.I partner with nonprofit leaders, boards, and mission‑driven organizations to help turn vision into sustainable impact. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadership, supporting organizations as they grow, transition, or realign around what matters most.Through A Million Dreams Consulting Group, I help leaders strengthen the systems behind their mission—clarifying strategy, designing programs that are both impactful and fundable, and aligning operations with the true cost of the work being done. I’m especially passionate about helping organizations move beyond survival mode and into long‑term sustainability.I don’t believe in one‑size‑fits‑all solutions. Every organization is unique, and my approach is grounded in meeting people where they are—listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, and offering practical tools that leaders can actually use.Much of my work focuses on- Helping leaders translate vision into executable strategy- Supporting boards and staff through moments of growth or change- Designing programs with sustainability and true cost in mind- Bringing clarity to complex financial and operational challengesAt the heart of it all, I care deeply about the people doing meaningful work.
