If I were to describe my career journey with just a single word, it would be the word ‘eventful,’ one characterized by lots of travels and taking on new challenges outside the sphere of what I had always known. Regardless of where I find myself now, this story can never be complete without mentioning the start point, Germany, where the journey all started for me.In Germany, I graduated with an Academic Diploma in Economics, and this was my first launch into the market. I had to spend time to understand the difference between life on paper and life with realistic numbers and people. To gain this understanding, I worked in two financial intuitions as an Insurance Intern. The first was in Germany, where I gained experience in the insurance industry while the second internship, I had to travel to London to gain extensive knowledge of insurance as it relates to other countries outside my homestead.A year later in the UK, I interned with another company, in the medical line providing full support in terms of consultancy, project management, customer satisfaction, report generation, and survey analysis. Here I learned not only how to deal with problems but also how to provide a solution to the individuals who had the problems.Moving on to recent times, in the pursuit of further education, the USA gave me all I needed to learn about Global Business, and I was able to perform outstandingly well and granted scholarships. The beauty of it all was that I was able to work as well, as an Executive Assistant where I gathered enough experience in administrative support, interacting with C-Suite Executives, understanding how they think and order their events, as well as how they build strategic plans directed at increasing the company.This wealth of experience is what plunged me into creating my own company, where I specialize in analyzing customer needs, understanding the market, and competition while identifying potential new products and services that will add value and satisfy the customers.I am currently working on having my Certificate in Accounting, where I will be able to put this wealth of experience and practical knowledge into one piece. I am able to drive organizational excellence for companies, make sense of complex data set and break it down for stakeholders and product owners to make decisions, design and implement winning strategies as well as improve the margin of performance excellence in the organization.
