ABOUT VICTORIA LEE DOMENECH

Victoria is a second-year trainee solicitor in Stewarts’ International Arbitration department. She has previously completed seats in Divorce and Family, Clinical Negligence and Knowledge, as well as worked as a paralegal in the Aviation team. In her current role, Victoria assists fee earners in international commercial and investor-state arbitrations and arbitration-related litigation before the English Courts. These are complex, high-value disputes, often in the shipping, mining or construction sectors. Throughout her training contract, Victoria has gained experience leading client meetings, instructing counsel and experts, issuing claims, drafting statements, preparing schedules, completing disclosure exercises, attending hearings, carrying out legal research, and implementing firm-wide projects. Being a native English, Spanish and Catalan speaker, Victoria has a particular interest in cross-border litigation. Her language skills have enabled her to interpret for clients during meetings and hearings, as well as to translate legal documents.
