RQD* was founded on the belief that the industry is long overdue for evolution and modernization, and we have built our platform from the ground up with a blank slate to serve the needs of modern financial services firms. As the Human Resources Generalist at RQD* Clearing, I lead and manage the full scope of the department\'s function, driving the strategic direction, daily operations, and long-term vision for growth. By partnering closely with leadership and employees at every step of the way, we build our HR from the ground up to modernize, develop, and implement initiatives specifically catered to us that support both business goals and employee success. By aligning people strategy with business strategy, we aim to make RQD* not just a successful company—but a great place to work where people feel valued, empowered, and motivated to do their best.
