With 18 years of experience in software and client relationship management, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with organizations across a wide range of sectors—including Independent K–12 Schools, Healthcare, Faith-Based and Family Services, National Brands, and Animal Welfare groups throughout the US and Canada. My approach is rooted in collaboration, empathy, and long-term partnership.Currently, I focus on strategic retention for some of Blackbaud’s largest healthcare clients, working closely with them to ensure sustained value, alignment with evolving goals, and a seamless experience across complex, multi-tiered solutions.
