As a Program Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc.(SPA), I apply my 20-year experience in the Defense & Space industry to directly support the Sentinel Program’s Command & Launch (C&L) Division as they acquire the weapon system command & control capabilities for the next generation ICBM. Focused on the Secondary Launch Platform-Airborne (SLP-A) ICBM Airborne Launch System for the USN E-6B Mercury and the deterrence mission. Additionally, with my multifaceted background my logistics experience is being leveraged for developing the depot source of repair for SLP-A as well as assisting sustainment efforts for the legacy Airborne Launch Command System (ALCS). I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with expertise in data analysis strategic planning, budget and resource management, and quality management. My mission is to deliver tangible solutions that exceed expectations and meet the highest standards of excellence. I have a proven track record of improving, maintaining, and completing multiple multimillion dollar projects and processes simultaneously, while building and coaching effective teams. I thrive under pressure and adapt to changing situations with critical thinking and creativity.
