ABOUT VICTORIA TORI GACUTAN
Aloha, everyone. As a 2L J.D. Candidate at the Tulane University Law School, I am motivated, dedicated, skilled in team work, and aim to advocate for those who are underrepresented. I am the President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA), 2L representative for OUTlaw, and on the Mock Trial Team, as a part of Tulane University Law School’s Moot Court Program. My current interests lie in environmental law, Native Hawaiian/Indigenous law, immigration, and admiralty, but I find myself discovering new passions for other fields too. At the University of Southern California, I earned a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Law, with a Minor in French. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii.Feel free to reach out to me and connect!
