ABOUT VICTORIA FINN ASSOC
Victoria has over a decade of leadership experience, including three and a half years at Advice Direct Scotland, where she has significantly contributed to academy.scot, an SQA-approved centre. Under her guidance, the academy offers SQA-certified qualifications that are quality assured. Victoria specifically developed three qualifications: Money and Debt Advice and Energy Advice, Support and Sustainability, and Identifiying and Dealing with Vulnerabilities, all at SCQF Level 7. These courses were initially created for internal advisers, utilising insights from front line experiences to ensure they are practical and customer focused. Due to the successful impact these have made, they have been expanded out to external organisations staff development opportunities across Scotland. Victoria holds a BA (Hons) in International Business and Human Resource Management, accredited by CIPD.
