Processing multi-state payroll for over 200 employees on both bi-weekly and semi-monthly schedules. Entering data and pay transactions into the payroll systems (ADP and Paycom), resolving discrepancies, and validating payroll data for various client entities. Monitoring shared payroll inbox and ensuring all questions from outside the team are answered or handed off to the correct point of contact. Pulling and formatting reports as requested by HR or our clients. Coordinating with managers to make sure all timecards are approved in a timely manner. Compiling year-end documentation across all entities.
