During summer leadership practicum, leadership residents lead and guide a team of teaching fellows, support a group of students and families, manage operations for fellows and students, and foster a strong GT culture.Leadership residents build skills in instructional leadership, people & culture, operations & management, family & community engagement, and justice & equity through virtual sessions and a six-week, in-person practicum.
