ABOUT VICTORIA DE KOCK
Highly skilled in building relationships and motivating and engaging young people, working with families in crisis. Have worked in both youth custody and Adult prison establishments. Currently in Children and Family Services where I have gained experience working as a Family support worker in Initial Response, and as a trained trauma Practitioner. Trustee for a charity providing mentors for people on release from prison. Have also been a school Governor for four years at a local Junior school. Experience of working in the private sector also within the hospitality industry in the US and UK, and Corporate Services (Community liaison) whilst at the British Embassy in Bangkok. I have a dedicated, loyal and proactive approach to work, I enjoy taking on challenges and finding solutions to them. I am very able to adapt to change, and learn quickly and work with integrity.
