I joined Cushman & Wakefield in September 2004. I have over 17.5 years experience dealing exclusively with London Estates, Shopping Centre and Travel Hub retail. I have worked with clients including Transport for London, LCR, Grosvenor, Hammerson, Capital & Counties and Shaftesbury PLC and have specialised in retail agency and shopping centre leasing across the UK. I lead on the TfL instruction and am responsible for the leasing of their retail portfolio across the London Underground network. I advise on all aspects of their leasing strategy and work hard with established and independent brands to create the right tenant mix and maximise value. I am the lead retail advisor for LCR on The Sidings, the new retail and leisure destination at London Waterloo Station situated on the former Eurostar Terminal.I currently work with Hammerson on Bullring and Grand Central and LIM on The Glades in Bromley. I have also worked on a number of major UK shopping centres including Liverpool ONE, Cardiff St David\'s, Drake Circus, Victoria Leeds and Westfield Stratford.
