I manage and deliver the Planning, Forecasting and other forward-looking decision-related processes, analysing key financials and value drivers and delivering clear and concise reporting to the RWE Generation UK and RWE Generation SE Boards. I do this by presenting Mid-Term Plan and Forecasts to the UK Board, the Hard Coal & Gas Management Team, Financial Accounting, Asset Controlling and other senior stakeholders ensuring the business story and plan process is understood both within the UK finance team and the wider business.I also act as Finance Coordinator for the UK Capacity Market bid process for the UK Generation fleet.I manage and develop a team of 3 Finance Professionals.
