Victoria Coley is Chief Executive Officer of Banner|Aetna, an Arizona-based joint-venture health insurance company formed between Banner Health and Aetna, a CVS Health Company. Coley’s collaborative leadership drives the success of Banner|Aetna’s transformative “payvider” model, which seamlessly aligns payer and provider organizations through shared accountability for care quality and costs. Building on this foundation, Coley guides the company’s efforts to improve the health care experience and deliver greater value to Arizona employers, public entities and individuals.She brings more than 20 years of health insurance industry expertise spanning commercial and Medicare lines of business to her current role at Banner|Aetna. Previously, as Executive Director of National Accounts for the Northwest and Mountain Markets, she was responsible for notable increases in revenue and membership for the national insurer. Throughout her career, she has garnered recognition for her innovative mindset and ability to bring diverse teams together to achieve sustainable results.Before joining Aetna, Coley’s tenure at Humana included her role as Market Vice President where she oversaw profit and loss, strategic growth and wellness initiatives across six states. She also served as Regional Commercial Sales Executive, prior to which she progressed through various sales and distribution roles, including Regional Practice Leader for Specialty Benefits in the West Region and Large Group Account Executive.A civic advisor and volunteer, Coley served on the Board of Directors for the Glendale Chamber of Commerce, the Arizona Association of Health Underwriters, and as a Trustee for San Miguel High School in Tucson.
