ABOUT VICTORIA COLBURN

With 8 years of experience in brand marketing, I am a Brand Marketing Specialist at Dutch Bros, where I lead high-impact national sticker and merch drop programs across more than 1,100 locations. I own these initiatives end-to-end — from strategic planning and product development to creative collaboration, vendor selection, and budget management — driving significant shop sales, customer engagement, and brand affinity.I present and align program strategy with marketing leadership and cross-functional partners, ensuring each launch is positioned for both brand impact and business performance.In addition, I serve as the marketing partner for the Dutch Bros Giving team, supporting marketing strategy and leading asset development for three annual nationwide giveback days. I equip internal teams and nonprofit partners with comprehensive, brand-aligned toolkits spanning print, digital, and in-shop experiences to maximize community impact.Most recently, I expanded my scope to fully own e-commerce from a brand marketing perspective, overseeing product development and leading integrated, holistic campaigns designed to drive online sales while preserving the energy and integrity of the Dutch Bros brand.Previously, I worked at Sprouts Farmers Market, where I managed print production and supported in-store marketing initiatives for over 400 stores nationwide.
