With 8 years of experience in brand marketing, I am a Brand Marketing Specialist at Dutch Bros, where I lead high-impact national sticker and merch drop programs across more than 1,100 locations. I own these initiatives end-to-end — from strategic planning and product development to creative collaboration, vendor selection, and budget management — driving significant shop sales, customer engagement, and brand affinity.I present and align program strategy with marketing leadership and cross-functional partners, ensuring each launch is positioned for both brand impact and business performance.In addition, I serve as the marketing partner for the Dutch Bros Giving team, supporting marketing strategy and leading asset development for three annual nationwide giveback days.
