Oversee trafficking of projects through content, editorial, production, live events, marketing, and circulation processes, communicating with team members as needed.• Share project deliverables and relevant information to internal team member including updates on project status and changes in scope of projects• Manage internal and external program scheduling, KOL correspondence, honoraria requests, travel arrangements, and drafting internal reports.• Complete quality reviews of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to project specifications and managed performance against expectations.• Initiate problem-solving for any impediments the team encounters• Pull all new projects that require kick off’s and ensure point of contact is prepared to address at the business unit meeting.• Ensure that project tracking grids are up to date and prepared for review.• Monitor and provide guidance on project revenue shifts.• Update and maintain team documents on the Project Management SharePoint site
