   I have been employed by McDonald’s for 19 years. As Communications Manager, I am responsible all internal and external communications within our organization. My external communications include all local marketing and advertising, public relations, as well as community involvement. I have been privileged to have participated in many local events including Stone Soup, Back 2 School, ISU Ambush, Welcome Back Orange and Black, POW*MIA Awareness Rally and the Wrangler Pro Rodeo Series. As well as raising over for local schools through the McTeacher’s Night program at McDonald’s. My internal communications responsibilities include effectively transferring regional information on promotions, operation changes, and local issues to our general and department managers.
