Having set up a recruitment department from scratch, implemented all of the processes and systems and recruited and trained up the team members I am very proud of the service that we deliver. Candidate and manager feedback is consistently excellent and I constantly review the service to ensure we are always following best practice and legislation whilst exceeding customer expectations. I have over a decade of generalist HR experience and people management and bring positivity and optimism to everything I do. I am currently working with the team developing the NHS’s first ATS system, piloting it and providing feed back for improvement. I am a stickler for efficient systems and processes and never stop looking for ways to do things better!I am very people focussed, have a psychology background and am trained in Psychometrics which I am very passionate about - I am a strong believer in recruiting for values, training for skill.
