Graduate from Northern Kentucky University holding a BS in Chemistry earned on the pre-medical track with a focus on Biochemistry. Experience as a long-term resident assistant has developed a strong sense of cultural competence, identified personal motivation for achieving goals, and optimized organizational and time management skills. Internship experience with the US Department of Energy at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in the Environmental Sciences division on a project designed to limit the bioaccumulation of mercury. The main goals of the appointment were to develop and refine research skills including: design/validation, ethics, scientific communication, literature research, data analysis, and more. Currently embarking on a career as a Clinical Research Associate at Medpace that parallels my loves of healthcare, business, and research/analytics.
