As Senior Director, People & Culture at bit.bio, I partner with the Executive and Leadership teams to shape a workplace where people thrive and meaningful work happens. I act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, contributing both strategically and operationally to bit.bio’s growth and success.I lead the People function across Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning & Development, Culture, and Employee Experience. My role focuses on building a high-performing, inclusive environment that attracts and retains the best talent in the industry.A few key areas I focus on:Leading the Talent Acquisition team to execute a forward-thinking hiring strategy that aligns with our growth ambitions.Driving workforce planning, succession strategies, and talent conversations in partnership with our Finance, Executive, and Leadership teams.Evolving our employee experience, engagement, and culture — with diversity, equity and inclusion at the core of everything we do.Developing and owning our reward, L&D, and career framework strategies to ensure employees are recognised, supported and developed throughout their journey with us.Managing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliant, consistent and meaningful processes from onboarding to exit.Implementing scalable people operations, including global HR systems, that support our scale-up plans.I also oversee engagement initiatives, respond to regular feedback via our survey tools, and act as a thought partner to managers on HR issues from performance and policy to pay and development.Ultimately, my goal is to create a people-first culture that enables bit.bio to deliver on its mission — while helping every individual reach their full potential.

My 20+ years of experience in numerous industries has allowed me to work with a variety of talented people and I pride myself on providing the best experience possible for both the companies I represent and the people I work with.As well as being passionate about the people I represent, I am also passionate about technology. With experience in a variety of HRIS systems, from analysis and evaluation of existing systems to the development of new ones I understand the importance of maintaining the security of the system to keep data correct, secure am able to provide professional dashboards and reports.I am a true generalist and am able to make a significant contribution to a wide range of people areas, from hands on operational HR, local strategic planning, to coaching and advising the management team through all aspects of the employee life cycle, including all employee relations.
