Deployment leader in countries and regions with over 15 years of experience leading ERP, CRM, and go-to-market transformations in LATAM and global environments.I specialize in serving as a local and regional deployment manager for global programs, ensuring country readiness, operational adoption, regulatory alignment, and a stable transition to business-as-usual (BAU). My work is constantly at the intersection of people, processes, and technology.My career combines ERP and systems deployments (SAP, Salesforce, WMS) with deep experience in Sales Enablement and Change Management. I have designed and led onboarding, everboarding, training, and adoption programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams in more than 40 countries, improving performance, system adoption, and ramp-up efficiency at scale.Beyond execution, I frequently translate complex transformations into clear, actionable narratives.
