   Managed high risk, high priority compliance/regulatory (SEC) driven projects in the Trading/Broker/Dealer space in the Corporate Solutions Group of Business Technology Services. Directed teams with 20 to 45 members (the largest included 2 analysts, 5 developers, UX/UI designer, Governance, Risk and Compliance, Legal, 3 architects, DBA, Security and Risk, Release Management, Implementation Manager, QA Lead, etc.). Budgets ranged from $2.5MM. Managed Risks and issues, financials including monthly forecasts, budget reconciliation, and the project plan, developed Project Charters, Project Definition Documents Business Requirements, Solution Design, System Design Documents and Engineering Documents.• Managed the development and deployment of the Custom Billing Platform for Registered Investment Advisors (RIA’s) in facilitation of the development and deployment of the Unified Technology Platform (UTP). The UTP was an enterprise wide iniative to to provide a common customer experience across device types (Desktop, Windows Tablets, iPads, iPhones and And all smart Phones across any browser (IE, Fire Fox, Safari and Goog;e Chrome).This platform designed to the new UTP contained the Custom Fee Billing tool my team designed, built and launched. The tool automatically calculates fees and commissions for trades executed and settled on a daily basis and prepares a Quarterly Performance Report. The platform is scalable and dynamic serving over 400 RIA firms with a client base exceeding 1 million investors. Implemented disaster recovery plan for the new platform establishing fail over SLA’s, infrastructure redundancy. Oversight of and management of testing disaster recovery component in production environment.
