Primary duties for the position include:Plan and lead all technical aspects of major projects. Effectively multi-tasks across multiple initiatives/projects to provide a high speed of delivery.Act as the primary technical interface for the client or project manager for large high complexity projects. Take an active role in business development of net-new or follow on engagements.Take full responsibility for overall execution and delivery of critical tasks or projects, primarily as oversight capacity and to a less extend through direct execution (i.e. assess/design phase owners of complex projects).Provide quality assurance reviews and project oversight to consultant lead engagements.Provide technical “thought leadership” to the entire Citrix Consulting team. Lead, plan and design technical solutions that meet, or exceed, customer requirements and expectations.Provide subject matter expertise (technical depth) in at least one technical area.Take an active role in creating business improvements that would allow the consulting team to deliver at better quality and efficiency e.g. documentation templates, reference labs, best practice guides, automation initiatives etc.Encourage others to do things differently, push the boundaries, and experiment outside their comfort zones.Mentors, coaches, provides timely feedback, and helps develop the skills of othersProviding technical training to the field
