My role includes: • Organizing and monitoring transport flows with European carriers • Negotiating transport rates and optimizing operational margins • Preparing transport quotations and logistics solutions for clients • Coordinating shipments from pickup to final delivery • Managing operational follow-up and ensuring customer satisfaction I mainly work with Spanish clients and carriers, using Spanish and English daily in an international business environment.
