Manufacturing Heart Sensors• Wafer handling capability based on coordinate eye/hand motions. Ability to work with small precision devices and frequently used hand tools.• Chemical handing: including acid and metal etching, and cleaning wafers.• Work under limited supervision, responsible and accountable for ensuring that production areas are supported as related to engineering, equipment and product performance issues. Tracking production yield or output.• Perform/support/assist with maintenance, preventative maintenance and calibration. Document work performed as required. Track maintenance, calibration due dates and tool assets.• Able to set up and operate manufacturing equipment including metal deposition, aligner, microscope, stereoscope, metrology tools, bonder, laser, fixtures, test equipment, computers, printers and other manufacturing process equipment.• Maintain and calibrate manufacturing tools and equipment.• Good communication skills and able to work as a team.• Basic understanding of certain semiconductor process modules (e.g. wet clean/etch, metal deposition, lithography, metrology).• Perform tasks or responsibilities as assigned by engineers or management.
