About Victor Viacava
After graduating from the University of Cincinnati\'s Lindner College of Business Operations Management Program in December of 2019, I joined GE Aerospace’s Operation Management Leadership Program (OMLP). In March of 2022 I completed the program. During my 3 rotations in the Operations Management Leadership Program I grew my skill set throughout the different roles I took on in Sourcing, Materials, and Operations. I am extremely grateful to have been part of such a distinguished program. Since graduation from OMLP, I have spent 2.5 years in Material Planning, and am now part of the Order Flow Down Team in GE’s Procurement & Source Management Organization. I will be managing process for our order books, collaborating with all of supply base.
