ABOUT VICTOR SUNDARARAJ

Excellence is a continuous process and not an accident” - APJ Abdul Kalam I’ve spent over two decades of my life institutionalising engineering competency development initiatives at many corporate and academic institutions. However, it all began with a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from IIT Madras and my grit to excel in the field. I knew my love for these subjects had to be shared. I soon started my teaching career and went on to coach thousands of students in different South Indian Engineering institutions for seven and a half years.Today, after 15+ years with the company, I’m the Head of Education - Americas and Head of Engineering and Emerging Technologies Academy - Education, Training and Assessment (ETA) at Infosys. I’m also a Chief mentor for Infosys Springboard - an initiative created to enable 10 million+ learners with digital and life skills. This initiative is powered by Infosys Wingspan, for which I manage sales and pre-sales. Lastly, I’m a proud member of the Executive Governing Council of the Infosys ETA team tasked with the responsibility of institutionalizing framework and strategies for the Adoption of Technology in Education and Adaptive Learning. Alongside my responsibilities, I’ve led projects with digital mastery, emerging technologies and strategic initiatives to empower our teams with higher education and new age skills. I’m also an active participant in forums like SAE, IUCEE, and NASSCOM. I’ve been a keynote speaker and panellist in many national, international and round table conferences, forums, and workshops. These opportunities are outlets to learn and share my expertise. I’m extremely humbled by the fact that I can combine my passion for teaching and engineering to create remarkable innovations that are changing the way we learn.
