Provide cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic individual therapy for adults and geriatric clients residing in nursing home and health care facilities with diagnosis of major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, somatoform disorders, and chronic mental illness.Offer psychotherapy services to clients experiencing major depressive disorder and/or anxiety disorder comorbid with medical diagnosis including fibromyalgia, chronic pain, history of stroke, major medical illness, age related medical issues, and terminal illness.Provide art therapy and experiential therapies for clients diagnosed with dementia and other cognitive disorders utilizing water colors, drawing, and clay sculpture.Lead group psychotherapy for adults diagnosed with mood disorders, substance abuse, bipolar, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder.Conduct psychological testing and written evaluations for adults and geriatric clients with a wide range of emotional and cognitive disorders. Consult with health care facility staff including medical doctors, psychiatrists, social service directors, social workers, nursing staff, and activity staff regarding treatment planning and clinical recommendations for clients.
