In my current role, I am accountable for directing implementation of company switches, firewalls, routers, servers, and storage infrastructure to ensure seamless execution of tasks. The achievements from this role have included the following: • Optimized system performance and resource utilization through configuration, administration, and maintenance of Virtualization environments (VMWare/Hyper-V). • Led and executed redesign and implementation of WiFi infrastructure upgrade at San Diego site, resulting in improved connectivity and enhanced user experience. • Reduced circuit bill by renegotiating terms, resulting in cost savings for company. • Established new Houston site, encompassing Internet circuit, wireless, phone, and network connectivity. Oversaw budget, procured necessary equipment, and coordinated with vendors from network configuration and design to alarm system integration.
