Victor brings extensive experience with various Inclusion Diversity & Equity (IDE) programs such as: IDE expert panels for professional groups such as ASCE, AWWA, WEF, and SASE founding members of the Colorado Professional Chapter of the Society of Asian Scientists & Engineers; STEM targeted programming for underrepresented minority groups, Stantec’s IDE Tiger Team, and is currently chair of the Diversity and Inclusion committee for the Rocky Mountain Section of AWWA. He is passionate to integrate IDE into the fabric of Stantec’s culture where we build a sense of belonging for everyone. When we advocate for our employees by clearing barriers and showing respect and appreciation for each other, we build a nimble and strong community ready to take on challenges.
